friendly staff clean room peace all around

The staff showed great consideration and a friendly attitude. I felt very welcomed. The room was clean and I found the environment peaceful. I believe I will visit this beautiful hotel again (it left a lasting impression!).

the pool looked not clean, and the poolside lounging was not good. there were dead leaves and debris everywhere, a bad sign.

hall noise missing phone

The room size was quite acceptable. It was almost big enough to swing a cat in there.

Let me tell you, the noise situation rivaled a rock concert. I could hear everything happening in the hall and the neighboring rooms. Sleeping was like attending a live performance. the absence of a phone in the rooms was like a trip back to the Stone Age. How am I supposed to order room service or complain about the noise without one?

The staff was very helpful with directions. breakfast included multiple options. I especially liked the thai dishes. the pool offered a refreshing break from the heat. the hotel is near a big c supermarket. It's a short walk for any necessities.

The shower temperature was slightly inconsistent. It fluctuated between warm and cool.

i found the room very clean and spacious! the bed was especially comfortable! i liked that the electric outlets were conveniently placed throughout the room. the staff offered kind service.

The absence of hand towels was inconvenient. There were only large towels available.
